နယူးေယာက္ေရာက္တုန္း ေဒၚယဥ္လပ္တို႔ အီး လိုမႈတ္တာ(အမရိကန္လို ေျပာတာ) ေလးမိနစ္အတြင္းမွာ အႀကိမ္ေလးဆယ္ မွားသတဲ့။ထိုင္းအစားအစာနဲ႔ ပတ္သက္တဲ့ ပရိုမိုးရွင္း အခမ္းအနားမွာ စာရြက္ၾကည့္ ေျပာလိုက္တာ မီဒီယာသမားေတြ မွတ္ထားတာဆိုပဲ။

ေအာက္က စခရစ္ပ္မွာ ကြင္းစကြင္းပိတ္က မွားတဲ့ေနရာတဲ့။

.... Thai restaurant week. I have been inform[ed] that Thai food and restaurant[s] are popular among New Yorkers. There is a great com [ah] compliment since New York has so much high quality[s] cuisine from all over the world. For Thailand, food and agric[g]ultural food [ ] products are not only a key export and industry but also an important part of our culture heritage. We are proud in promoting Thai food and agric[g]ulture products as well as Thai restaurant[s] overseas. We are [ ] pleased that American[s] enjoy Thai food and New York is home to one of the largest number of Thai restaurant[s] outside Thailand.

Ladies and gentlemen, with annual revenue from the food export exceeding 20 billion [dolla] dollars a year and being the world ['s] largest [...] exporter of rice last year. Thailand is a major provider of food and agric[g]ulture products to the world. Our success is due to the strengt[h] of our farmer[s] and natural resources, advance technology in food processing, innovative products develop [ ] ment and strategic marketing. Thai food is also popular. ??? become Thai in ??? ment??? can compliment other cuisines. D[i]espite our succe[eds]ss we aim [ ] to produce [a] export even more to the world this is because g[l]obal demand for food and food product continue to increat[se] while climate change and natural disaster[s] has[ve] affected supply.

This issue of food security is becoming more important. And we will play our part. That is why Thailand launch[es] the "Kitchen To The World" campaign. Our goal is to find ways to produce more food and food products that meet international standard and are [tailor] tailored-made to meet the need of our customer[s]. But most important, is food[s] qualities. We will produce good quality food products and that will benefit the health of consumer[s] whose safety is our top priority[s]. Lastly, may I take this opportunity to cong[r]atulate all of you that on receiving the "Thai Select Award [ ] and Achievement" will help make Thai food even more well known in this city.
